Kenarie’s Presents and Paperie strives to provide our customers with quality products we are confident you will be satisfied with the items you purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you receive, please let us know immediately so we can work together to find a solution. Please inspect you items as soon as you receive them for damage or errors.
personalized items
Please inspect your personalized items as soon as you receive them for errors. Any item personalized to your specifications can not be returned for refund or exchange. If there is an error in personalization on Kenarie’s part, we will promptly replace the item according to your original order or proof specifications or issue you a refund.
non-personalized items
Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
defective/damaged items
Please inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them for damage. If your items are damaged, please e-mail Kenarie’s customer service at alittlebird@kenaries.com immediately.
To return a non personalized or damaged item for refund or exchange, please:
1. Order number
2. Brief description of item
3. Reason for return, i.e. damaged upon receipt
You will receive a reply email containing a Return Authorization number. Please print the email containing the RA number and include it in the return package to:

Kenarie’s is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
cancellations
Kenarie’s does not guarantee cancellation of personalized gift orders. There will be a $25 charge for all personalized stationery orders canceled prior to proof production. Personalized stationery orders canceled after proof approval and before printing will incur a $50 cancellation fee and cannot be guaranteed.
sales tax
7% sales tax is applied only to orders shipped to the state of Mississippi.

shipping information
Kenarie’s currently ships orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, production times may vary. Production times and shipping details are available on the individual item page. Items ship as production is complete and most production times are 3-5 business days from the time you order is received.
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments; however, there is no additional shipping charge for multiple shipments.
You will receive an email confirmation when you order is placed and again when your order is completed and shipped.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days from completion of production. Expedited shipping is 2-3 business days from the completion of production. Overnight shipping is the next day from the completion of production. |
